AnyAccent is a product of Huginara. Our Privacy Policy is published once, at the company level, and covers every product Huginara operates. This page summarises the parts that apply specifically to AnyAccent and links you to the full policy.

What AnyAccent specifically does with your data
The umbrella policy describes how Huginara handles personal data across all its products. The points below are the AnyAccent-specific facts you most often ask about.
- Account. You sign in with your email address (one-time code) or, where offered, Google sign-in. We never receive or store your password.
- Voice recordings. Audio you record while practicing is streamed to our speech-assessment sub-processor for pronunciation scoring. It is processed transiently to compute scores and is not retained on our servers.
- Practice data. Scores, history, lesson progress and in-app preferences are stored on our servers, linked to your account, so they sync across devices.
- AI chat & lookup. Text you type into the Chat or word-lookup features is sent to a third-party language-model provider to generate the reply you see (the specific provider varies by feature and subscription tier). We retain a short chat history per the retention window of your tier and delete older entries automatically.
- Billing. Subscriptions are sold by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles your card, charges applicable taxes, and issues invoices. We never see your card number.
- Diagnostic logs. Failed requests, IP address, and device fingerprint may be recorded for security and abuse prevention. Voice content is never written to logs.
What we do not do
- We do not show ads. We do not use advertising trackers.
- We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
- We do not retain voice recordings after scoring them.
- We do not require your phone number, postal address, age, or location.
Your rights
You can view, export, or delete your AnyAccent account from Settings in the app. For privacy-related requests that the in-app controls do not cover — for example access requests under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA — write to privacy@huginara.com.
