AnyAccent is a product of Huginara. The legal contract between you and us — including the rules around acceptable use, account suspension, intellectual property, warranty disclaimers and limitation of liability — is published once, at the company level, and applies to every product Huginara operates.

This page restates the parts that are specific to AnyAccent — most importantly, the refund policy — so you do not have to hunt for them in the umbrella document.

Refund & cancellation (AnyAccent)

Self-serve refund — within 7 days, light usage

Within 7 days of your purchase, you can refund yourself in one click if you have used the app lightly — specifically, fewer than 30 practice sessions. Open Settings → Billing → Request a refund in the app and we will process the refund through Paddle the same day. No email needed.

Refund requests above the threshold

For refund requests beyond the self-serve window or session count, email support@huginara.com. We review these case by case. Where the compute behind your usage has already been spent on upstream providers we may not be able to refund in full, but every email is read and replied to by a person.

Cancelling is separate from refunding

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you will not be charged again — and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself issue a refund, and you do not need to cancel before requesting one.

Statutory rights

Buyers in the European Union, EEA, United Kingdom and certain other jurisdictions have additional cancellation rights under local consumer protection law. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, applies these rights at checkout where they apply. Nothing in this section reduces those rights — if local law gives you more than what is written here, local law applies.

No free trial

We do not offer a free trial. The self-serve refund above is the equivalent of trying the product without commitment.

What AnyAccent does

AnyAccent helps you practise pronunciation across 33 locales. It records your voice on demand, sends it to a speech-assessment sub-processor for scoring, and shows you word-level and phoneme-level feedback. Chat and word-lookup features call third-party language-model providers to produce the reply. Pronunciation scores and AI replies are practice feedback and not authoritative language assessment, medical advice, or professional certification. Named sub-processors are listed in our Privacy Policy at huginara.com/privacy, with the current list available on request.

Merchant of Record

Subscriptions to AnyAccent are sold by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles your payment method, charges applicable taxes, and issues invoices. Paddle's Buyer Terms govern the purchase itself; Huginara's Terms govern your use of the product.
